South African screen queen and style icon Bonang Matheba is just the best thing that happened to fashion in Africa if we are being very honest.
Bonang gives style inspiration for days and you can’t even wrap your head around how she manages to look this spectacular at every event. The case was no different when she was asked to host this year’s Namibia Annual Music Awards which took place in Windhoek last night.
Matheba, as usual, didn’t play in all her three stunning and exquisite looks for especially the red carpet and later the stage. She was styled by Lesego Kgosimolao and makeup by Clara Chimeloane, whiles her hair was done by Saadique Ryklief for the event.
For the red carpet, she did a green floor length, halter neck gown with cutouts and embellishments that also sparkled from Namibian designer, Ruberto Scholtz which obviously got everyone screaming for her.
She didn’t leave the slaying there because she showed viewers that there was more where this came from when she pulled up on stage in another high fashion yet alluring look. Her second dress was a demure powder strap dress with a beaded bodice from a South African brand, Orapeleng Modutle Style Avenue.
Last but not the least was sheer Warrick Gautier number which took guests and viewers at home by storm because of how much skin she showed but still managed to look class than tacky.
